2. Donate in-kindHere are some things Marpha Foundation needs:

Activity Supplies: pencils, colored pencils, markers, poster paints, scissors, erasers, paintbrushes, oil pastels, wax crayons, binder clips.

Children’s Books (for ages 2  to 7): Anything about animals is a sure hit.

Technology: Tablets or iPads

Toys: Magnatiles, large Legos, or any favorite constructable toys appropriate for ages 2 to 6. Our kiddos also love toy fruits and vegetables, animal toys, and anything with wheels!

First-Aid Supplies:  Absorbent compress dressings, adhesive bandages (assorted sizes), adhesive cloth tape, antibiotic ointment, antiseptic wipes, nonlatex gloves, sterile gauze pads.

Children’s Clothing: warm jackets, fleeces, long-sleeve shirts, pants and close-toed shoes.

Special Requests: Binoculars, Field glasses, Telescope, and Microscope.

Marpha Foundation and our Rosehips Center for Creative Learning run on donations. Small contributions, whether in-kind or monetary, make a big difference here. Our primary costs include salaries, resources for students, and our rent and building maintenance. The incredible thing about these expenses is that everything we spend goes into the community. Local women hold all salaried positions, the majority of our materials and food are purchased within the village, and we work with local laborers and craftspeople to preserve our historic building.
